James joined Athlone Optical in 2009 having come from various managerial roles. A business graduate from Athlone I.T. he has been general manager since 2013. In his time with Athlone he has seen the optical industry change rapidly and he is tasked with keeping Issential Optics as a leader in the Irish market.
Jacintha – “ I am the assistant manager of Issential Optics,I ensure the Customer service’s teams smooth process of your orders from receipt to dispatch. I also take care of Customer account queries. Contact me if you require any help in these areas."
Jacintha is hardworking and dedicated to our customers. First class customer service is a must and her team of 4 follow suit. With 10 years experience you are always in good hands while dealing with Jacintha as she always has the customer as the number 1 priority.
Kuba – “ I am the glazing team leader, I am in charge of the daily operation of our glazing lab. Quality and care of your order is my priority."
Originally from Poland, Kuba has over 12 years experience as a member of our glazing team. He has been team leader since 2012 and leads a team of 4 others. His technical expertise is a value to his team and our customers alike.
